All repair work comes with a 30-day warranty on services performed and parts that were replaced. The 30-day warranty does not include shipping costs.
Refunds for services performed are not generally provided. However, each inquiry will be handled on an individual, case-by-case basis to ensure customer satisfaction.
All items returned under a warranty claim must be shipped back using the same packaging and packing technics used when you received the item from FYLP.

Customers must contact FYLP within 15 days of receiving their order to be eligible for consideration for a refund or replacement.
